1 July 1878                              Zechariah T. Mundy having applied for Letters of Administration on the Estate of John B. Mundy deceased and notice of the same

Hall County Ordinary                having been published as required by law that as the June Term said letters would be granted unless good cause to the contrary

July Term 1878                        should be shown, and said application having been continued by order of the court and now no cause being shown to the contrary and he having given bond and taken tha oath as required by law, It is ordered that the said Zachariah T. Mundy be and he is hereby appointed administrator on the estate of john B. Munday (sic) and that Letters of Administration issue to him accordingly. Also Ordered, that H. H. Beard, William Hammond, Harrison White, Riley White & Coleman Crow be and they are appointed appraisers on said estate and that a warrant of appraisement do issue to them accordingly.
