State of Georgia This indenture Made this Seventh day of October in the year of our Lord on Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty, between Joseph S.
Hall County Shadburn of the County of Forsyth of the one part and Zechuriah (sic) T. Monday (sic) as administrator of John B. Munday of the County of Hall of the other part: Witnesseth, That the said Joseph S. Shadburn for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred Dollars, in hand paid, at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Zuchuriah (sic) T. Munday as administrator as aforesaid his heirs and assigns, all that tract or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the 7th Dist. Of Hall County Georgia known in the plan of survey as lot number (393) three hundred and ninety three and lot number (389) three hundred and eighty nine. The whole tract containing one hundred and sixty acres more or less, with all the privileges thereto in anywise appertaining. This being the land deeded to said Shadburn by John B. Munday June 7th 1873 and bond for titles by me to him given and this deed is made for the purpose of bringing said land to sale as provided by the statute. To Have and to Hold the said bargained premises with all and singular the rights, members and appurtenances thereof to the same being, belonging or in anywise appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of him, the said Zuchuriah (sic) T. Munday as administrator aforesaid his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in Fee-Simple: and the said Joseph S. Shadburn for himself his heirs, executors and administrators and all and every other person or persons, shall and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents. In Witness Whereof, The said Joseph S. Shadburn has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal, the day and year first above written.
