Hall County This indenture made this Twentieth day of September Eighteen Hundred and Seventy Eight Between Garrison L. White & Georgean (sic) White & Nebraska Mundy of said County of the one part and Jechariah (sic) Mundy of the same place of the other part Witnesseth that Thomas Thornton did on the Eleventh day of January Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Seven make a Deed of Gift to Zechariah Mundy, Nebraska Mundy & Georgiann (sic) Mundy to one hundred acres of Land No. 392 in the Seventh Dist. Of Hall County, Ga. Whereas the said Zachariah Mundy, Garrison L. White, George (sic) Ann White and Nebraska Mundy did on the 29^th July 1875 have said parcel of land divided H.H. Beard, Riley White & C. N. Crow partitioners & Wiley Garver surveyor dividing said land in three equal parts Giving Zechariah Mundy No. 9 or upper end of said Land therefore the said G. L. White, George (sic) Ann White and Newbraska (sic) doth remise release and forever Quit claim to the said Zechariah Munday his heirs and assigns all the right title Interest Claim or demand the said G. L. & Georgeann White & Nebraska Munday has or may have in and to that one third part of said parcel of land known as No. 2 of Upper End Containing thirty-three and on third acres more or less with all the rights members and appurtenances to said parcel of Land to the said Zechariah Mundy his heirs and assigns. In witness whereof the said Garrison L. & Garrison (sic) White and Newbraska (sic) Mundy hath hereunto set their hands and affixed their seale (sic) the day and year above written signed sealed & delivered in presence of
