Georgia                        This indenture made and Entered into the Eleventh day of January one Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Seven between Thomas Thornton

Hall County                  County and Zachariah Monday (sic) and Georgia ann  Monday (sic) and Nebraskey Monday (sic) of Hall County minor children of John B. Monday of Hall County of the other part Witnesseth that the said Thomas Thornton hath this day mad a deed of Gift of a certain tract or parcel of Land herein after named to the aforesaid Zechariah Monday (sic) and Georgia Ann Monday (sic) and Nebraskey Monday (sic) Minors of John B. Monday (sic) all that Tract or parcel of Land beginning at a linn tree on the bank of the Chattahoochee River and running a southeast corse on the original line between said Thornton and Monday (sic) to a post oak corner from there thence a strait line to the branch just above the ford of the branch and thence down the River to the River at the mouth of the branch and thence down the River to the beginning corner one hundred Acres more of less with all the rights members and appurtenances thereunto belonging to have and to hold the aforesaid tract or parcel of Land unto the aforesaid Zachariah Monday (sic) and Georgia Ann Monday (sic) and Nebraskey Monday (sic) their heirs and assigns together with all the rights members and appurtenances too the said tract of land in anywise belonging to their own proper use and benefit and behoof (sic) forever in the simple and the said Thomas Thornton his heirs Executors and asministrators the said premises together with the rights titles and possession thereof to the said Zechariah Monday and Georgia Ann Monday and Nebraskey Monday their heirs and assigns and will forever warrant and defend the same in testimony whereof the said Thomas Thornton hath hereunto set his hand and affixed signed sealed and delivered in presents (sic) of
