Hall Court of Ordinary              To the Ordinary of said county: The petition of Zechariah Monday (sic) respectfully herewith that John B. Monday resident of said

At Chambers                            county departed this life on the 12th of March 1878 leaving your petitioner as his next of kin, and also having a large estate of real

March 21st 1878                      and personal  property worth the sum of Twelve hundred dollars and at the time of his death, the said John B. Munday was entirely intestate as your petitioner believes and herein alleges. Wherefore he prays the usual citations in such cases to issue in order that he may obtain usual citations in such cases to issue in order that he may obtain permanent letters of administration on the said John B. Munday estate And your petitioner will __(?) pray &c.
